Reeds Spring Middle School
Completed
in 1964, the middle school building was originally for grades
7-12 and remained that way until 1975 when it became the high
school, housing grades 9-12. Throughout the years, this building
has had several additions. With construction of a new high school
in 1997, this former high school became the middle school, with
grades 6-8. In 2003, a new Elementary school was built to accommodate
grades 2-4. This left room at the Intermediate school for the
6th grade, leaving the middle school with only 7th and 8th. There
is now more space and room for growth for the teachers and the
students. There are currently 342 students in the middle school.
